Our temporary rail tunnel lighting system features a pluggable trunk system which goes up quick. Designed with under river crossings in mind, the system may be deployed in runs of over 4000 feet of continuous lighting from a single 277V power feed. This allows for an under river tunnel to be lit using a single feed from inland stations on both ends.
The system is fully plug-and-play, and able to be installed rapidly. There is no field splicing or wiring required. Packing a punch at over 5000 lumens each, the fixtures are also light weight and low profile.
All cabling is LSZH (low smoke, zero halogen) in compliance with NFPA 130. Lighting levels well exceed the OSHA 1926.56(a) 5 foot-candle requirement for underground tunnel work.
